Bring us your samples and your question
We analyse your patient samples and cohorts to find signals of disease development and treatment response, using whole-blood gene expression (RNA) and an engine applied to 8 public studies and tested on 7 it had never seen.
Analyse your samples
Send whole-blood RNA data (or tubes, by arrangement) from your cohort. We score every patient on the immune signature, compare groups and report what separates them, with per-patient results.
Stratify your trial
Identify the inflammatory subgroup (about 1 in 5 patients in our data) before or during a trial, to enrich recruitment or analyse response by subgroup.
Model treatment response
With your trial or follow-up data, we build and test predictors of treatment response and disease development, always checked on data held back from model building.
Four clear steps
- Intro callYour question, your samples, your timelines. No data shared yet.
- Data-sharing agreementScope, data protection (GDPR) and ownership of results, in writing.
- AnalysisQuality checks, scoring, subgroup and response analyses, with honest performance estimates.
- Report & next stepsA written report, a results call, and options for a follow-up study.
What we need from you
- Whole-blood RNA data: RNA-seq counts, microarray data or a qPCR panel (PAXgene or Tempus tubes are ideal)
- Basic labels: patient or control, and age and sex if available
- For prediction: follow-up outcomes or treatment response
- Pseudonymised data only; we never need names
Typical timeline: a first analysis of an existing dataset within 4–6 weeks of signing the data-sharing agreement.
